I am a food truck operator myself. I built CurbsideOps to keep up with the hundreds of inquiries and bookings coming through my own trucks every week.

It was built to meet my own needs first, and it seemed worth sharing. While we are in beta, you get me directly, not a ticket queue.

The 9pm quote scramble

gone.

Catering emails get read, sorted, and answered while you close out.

Sunday schedule Tetris

gone.

One tap drafts the whole week around who is actually free.

The empty posting week

gone.

Your calendar turns into event posts, ready for your OK.

You didn’t buy a truck to spend your nights in a spreadsheet.

Meet your crew chief.

Not a chatbot that reads a help page. An assistant that knows your operation and can act on it.

Knows your business

Your calendar, sales, crew, permits, and trucks, all in one place and always current.

Answers anywhere

Right in Telegram, on the truck, in the middle of a lunch rush. Ask it like you would ask a person.

Does the work

Drafts the reply, books the event, texts the crew, and reminds you before a permit lapses.

What it does

From first email to next booking

Get booked

Every inquiry gets an answer

Catering emails, calls, and DMs land in one inbox. CurbsideOps reads each one, pulls out the date, headcount, and address, and drafts a reply for you to send.

  • One inbox for email, phone, SMS, and social
  • Details pulled out and filled in for you
  • Turn a lead into a booked event in one step
Run the day

Know how today is going before you are asked

A morning briefing with today’s events, the weather at each one, and who is working. Live truck location, so you know the crew arrived before the customer calls to ask.

  • Morning briefing, every day, on Telegram
  • Weather checked per event, not per city
  • Live GPS with on-site arrival pings

Keep the crew

Staff a whole week in one tap

CurbsideOps proposes the best crew member for every open event, checking who is free, who is off, and who is near their hour cap. You swap anyone you want and apply.

Your calendar becomes your marketing

Every event on the books turns into a post: on-brand image, caption in your voice, ready to publish. Past customers get a nudge to book you again.

  • Event posters drafted from your calendar
  • Publish to TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube
  • Past customers reminded to rebook
Intelligent Dispatcher

“Can you do Saturday at 3?” Answer while they’re still on the phone.

The Dispatcher checks real drive times in live traffic, where your trucks actually are, your prep and pack-up times, and everything already on the schedule — then tells you which truck fits and why. Never a guess, never a double-booking.

  • A yes or no with the math: drive time, ready-by margin, what comes next
  • Plan the day on a drag-and-drop board, or let it assign every truck in one click
  • Spots sellable gaps in the day — and which past customers to call to fill them

$79/mo as an add-on on Professional · included with Premium.

If you can text, you can use it

Your crew already has Telegram on their phone. They open a chat and ask. No app to install, no logins to hand out, no training day.

Connect what you already run on

Google Calendar, Square, and your Telegram bot. A few clicks each, no data to import.

Add your trucks and crew

Invite staff by phone number. They confirm from their own phone, so you never hand out logins.

Ask it something

Open the chat and ask what is on tomorrow. If the answer is right, you are set up.

Pricing

FAQ

Questions, answered

Does it work with my Google Calendar and Square?

Yes. Those are the two we build around. Your events stay in Google Calendar, so nothing changes for anyone already looking at it. Square sales are pulled in per event, so what you see matches a Square report for the same dates.

Do my crew need training? Do they need accounts?

Neither. Your crew already has Telegram on their phone. They open a chat with your bot and ask in plain language. Availability, time off, and event reports all work through links you text them. No app to install, no passwords to hand out.

What if I only have one truck?

Starter is built for exactly that: one brand, one truck, up to three staff. You get the assistant, calendar, morning briefings, weather per event, your public menu page, and permit reminders. You can move up later without redoing any setup.

Can it handle more than one brand?

Yes. Each brand keeps its own calendar, Square account, integrations, menu page, and voice. The assistant answers in the right brand’s voice and keeps sales separated per brand, all from one login.

Is my customer and sales data secure?

Your data is isolated from every other business on CurbsideOps at the database level, not just in the app. Permit documents are encrypted with a key unique to your business, and every time one is opened it is logged. We do not sell your data or use it to train AI models.

What happens when my trial ends?

Nothing disappears. If you do not add a card, your account goes read-only, so you keep access to your data and can export it. Add billing whenever you are ready and everything picks up where it left off.

Ready to get your nights back?

We’re taking on a small group of operators at a time so we can set each one up properly. Tell us about your business and we’ll be in touch.

No spam, no sales calls. Just one email from JC.
