Terms of Service

Effective October 7, 2026

1. Agreement

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are a legal agreement between you and StoneFrame Labs, LLC d/b/a CurbsideOps (“CurbsideOps,” “we,” or “us”). They govern your access to and use of the CurbsideOps website, admin portal, Telegram bot, and related services (the “Service”).

By creating an account, connecting an integration, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of a business, you represent that you have authority to bind that business to these Terms.

2. The Service

CurbsideOps is a platform for food truck operators and caterers to book events, answer catering inquiries, and manage crews, trucks, sales, and messaging through integrations with third-party services and an AI assistant in the portal and over Telegram. Features, integrations, and pricing may change from time to time.

3. Accounts and Eligibility

  • You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract.
  • You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.
  • You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date. You must not impersonate anyone or misrepresent your affiliation with a business.
  • You must notify us promptly at support@curbsideops.com if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.

4. Your Data and Content

You retain all rights to the data and content you provide to the Service (“Customer Data”), including information synced from integrations you connect. You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, process, transmit, and display Customer Data solely to provide, secure, and improve the Service and to perform our obligations under these Terms. Data we receive from Google APIs is handled only as described in section 12 of our Privacy Policy.

You represent that you have the rights and consents necessary to share Customer Data with us and our subprocessors, including any personal information about your staff or customers.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service to violate any law or the rights of others;
  • Send spam, unsolicited bulk messages, or otherwise misuse the Telegram bot, SMS, or email features;
  • Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or circumvent access controls or usage limits of the Service;
  • Interfere with the integrity or performance of the Service, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to other customers’ accounts or data;
  • Use the Service to build a competing product, to train machine-learning models using our outputs, or to scrape data from the Service;
  • Upload or transmit unlawful, infringing, defamatory, or malicious content.

6. Third-Party Integrations

The Service connects to third-party products (such as Google, Square, Bouncie, Telegram, Stripe, AWS, and others). Your use of those products is governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party services, and their availability, accuracy, or behavior is outside our control. You are responsible for maintaining your accounts with those providers and for any fees they charge.

When you connect Gmail, you authorize the Service to create draft replies in your mailbox and to send email from your address when you press Send or turn on an automation that emails your customers (for example proposals, reminders, and review requests). You can turn those automations off or disconnect Gmail at any time.

7. AI Features and Output

The Service uses large language models to produce briefings, messages, and answers (“AI Output”). AI Output can be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate. You are responsible for reviewing AI Output before relying on it or sending it to your crew or customers, and for any actions taken based on it. AI Output is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind.

We do not use Customer Data, including data received from Google APIs, to train generalized AI or machine learning models. Our AI subprocessors process Customer Data under their own contractual and privacy commitments.

8. Subscriptions, Fees, and Trials

  • Paid plans are billed monthly in advance through Stripe at the rate shown at checkout. Trucks beyond the number your plan includes are billed per truck at the rates shown at checkout, on the same invoice. AI usage is covered by the AI Credits included in your plan; additional AI Credit packs, if you buy them, are billed when purchased and never expire.
  • We offer a 14-day free trial on new accounts. You may cancel before the trial ends to avoid charges.
  • Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. You can cancel your subscription from the portal; cancellation stops renewal at the end of the current billing period.
  • We may change prices or introduce new fees with at least 30 days’ prior notice. Continued use after the change takes effect constitutes your acceptance of the new fees.
  • You are responsible for any applicable taxes other than taxes based on our net income.

9. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms, if we are required to do so by law, or to protect the Service, our users, or third parties. You may terminate your account at any time by canceling your subscription and contacting support@curbsideops.com. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including data ownership, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and indemnification) will survive.

10. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its software, design, logos, and branding, is the property of StoneFrame Labs, LLC and is protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any right to our trademarks or branding. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or quiet enjoyment. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI Output will be accurate.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CurbsideOps and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to the Service. Our total liability for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms or the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or USD $100 if you have not paid us anything.

13. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless CurbsideOps and its affiliates from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to (a) your use of the Service, (b) your Customer Data, (c) your violation of these Terms, or (d) your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.

14. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, excluding its conflict-of-laws rules. You and CurbsideOps agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Texas for any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms or the Service, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify you through the Service or by email and update the effective date above. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
