About billing
What are AI Credits?
AI Credits power AI features across CurbsideOps — the assistant, marketing posters, research, and image generation. Simple actions use fewer credits; bigger AI work uses more. Included credits reset each billing period, and if you run out you can add more in 200-credit packs. Credits you purchase never expire.
Can I change plans later?
Any time, in both directions, from the portal. Changes take effect on your next bill and nothing in your account is lost when you move.
Do you charge per staff member?
No. Plans include a staff limit but there is no per-person fee, so adding crew for a busy season does not change your bill.
What is the AI Marketing add-on?
Premium includes marketing. If you are on Starter or Professional and want event posters, captions, campaigns, and social publishing, you can add it as a flat monthly extra instead of moving up a whole plan.
What is the Intelligent Dispatcher add-on?
It answers "can we take this booking?" with real drive times instead of guesswork — checking traffic, where your trucks actually are, setup and cleanup time, and what is already on the schedule, then telling you which truck fits and why. Premium includes it. On Professional you can add it as a flat monthly extra. It is not available on Starter, because with a single truck there is nothing for it to compare.
Is annual billing worth it?
You pay for ten months and get twelve. If you already know you will be running next season, it is two months free.
