About billing
What are AI Credits?
AI Credits power AI features across CurbsideOps — the assistant, marketing posters, research, and image generation. Simple actions use fewer credits; bigger AI work uses more. Included credits reset each billing period, and every truck beyond the ones your plan includes adds 100 credits a month. If you run out you can add packs of 250, 500 or 1,000 credits. Credits you purchase never expire.
How are trucks billed?
Each plan includes a number of trucks in the base price: one on Starter, three on Professional, eight on Premium. Beyond that, Professional adds $29 a month per truck, and Premium steps down with volume — $24 for trucks 9 to 20, $20 for 21 to 50, $15 from 51 on. Only active trucks count: archive a truck and it drops off your bill while its history, permits and GPS records stay. Starter is one truck; to add a second, move to Professional.
Can I change plans later?
Any time, in both directions, from the portal. An upgrade takes effect right away and you pay only the prorated difference for the rest of the month. A downgrade starts when your paid period ends. Nothing in your account is lost when you move.
Do you charge per staff member or per brand?
No. Professional and Premium have no limit on staff or brands and no per-person fee, so adding crew for a busy season does not change your bill. Starter is sized for one truck, one brand and up to three staff.
What is the AI Marketing add-on?
Premium includes marketing. If you are on Starter or Professional and want event posters, captions, campaigns, and social publishing, you can add it as a flat monthly extra instead of moving up a whole plan.
What is the Intelligent Dispatcher add-on?
It answers "can we take this booking?" with real drive times instead of guesswork — checking traffic, where your trucks actually are, setup and cleanup time, and what is already on the schedule, then telling you which truck fits and why. Premium includes it. On Professional you can add it as a flat monthly extra. It is not available on Starter, because with a single truck there is nothing for it to compare.
Is annual billing worth it?
You pay for ten months and get twelve. If you already know you will be running next season, it is two months free.
