A yes or no with the math
Type the start, the end and the address. The verdict names the truck, the drive time in today’s traffic, how early it will be ready and what comes next on its day. If a truck fits only by trimming setup, it says so. If something is unknown, such as a truck with no address on file, it says that too instead of guessing.

Questions about intelligent dispatcher
Does the Dispatcher use the AI to guess drive times?
No. Drive times come from a routing service with live traffic. The AI only explains the result. When the service cannot answer, for example because an address is missing, the verdict says it could not check rather than giving you a number.
Do I need GPS to use it?
No. Without GPS the Dispatcher plans from each truck’s home base and its schedule. With a Bouncie device it also knows where the truck is right now and warns you when live traffic puts an arrival at risk.
Which plan includes the Intelligent Dispatcher?
It is included with Premium and available as a $79 a month add-on on Professional. It is not offered on Starter, because with one truck there is nothing to compare.
Does it change my schedule on its own?
Never. Every assignment, swap or auto-assign plan is a proposal until you apply it. Applying writes the truck to the calendar event so your crew, your briefing and your customer status link all agree.
