Referral and Partner Program Terms

1. Who runs the program

The CurbsideOps Refer & earn program and Partner program (together, the “Program”) are run by StoneFrame Labs, LLC d/b/a CurbsideOps (“we” or “us”). These terms add to our Terms of Service, which still apply.

2. Refer & earn

• Any CurbsideOps business in good standing can share its referral link or code.
• A referral counts when a new business signs up through your link or with your code and pays its first CurbsideOps invoice. Trials alone do not count.
• When that invoice is paid, the referring business receives 500 AI Credits and the new business receives 250 AI Credits, plus any milestone bonus shown on your Refer & earn page. The amounts in effect when the first invoice is paid are the ones that apply.
• A business can earn rewards for up to 20 referrals in any 12 months. Beyond that, we review each referral individually.
• Each business can be referred once. The first valid link, code or invite used at sign-up decides who referred it, and a code typed at sign-up takes priority over a link.

3. Partners

• Partners are businesses and groups that work with food trucks. We review every application and may approve or decline at our discretion.
• An approved partner receives a code and a member page. New CurbsideOps customers who use them receive the discount shown on the partner's page, applied to their subscription for the stated number of months, for first-time customers only.
• The Partner program pays no commission or fee. Partners pay nothing to take part.
• Partners must tell their audience that they partner with CurbsideOps whenever they promote the discount. The share kit in the partner portal includes a line for this.

4. Fair use

To keep the Program fair, the following are not allowed and void any reward:

• Referring your own business, a business you own or control, or a business that already uses CurbsideOps.
• Creating accounts only to collect a reward or a discount.
• Sending unsolicited bulk messages, or misleading anyone about CurbsideOps, its prices or the offer.
• Bidding on CurbsideOps brand names in paid search ads, or posting codes to coupon websites.

Some referrals are held for a short review before any credits are released, for example when the two businesses share a card, a business email domain or a phone number. We may withhold, reverse or cancel rewards and discounts obtained in breach of these terms, and suspend a referral link, code or partner account.

5. AI Credits

AI Credits earned through the Program never expire while your account is open, have no cash value, cannot be transferred or exchanged for money, and are used after the credits included in your plan each month. If a payment that triggered a reward is refunded or disputed, we may take back the related credits from the unused balance.

6. Changes

We may change the Program, its rewards or these terms, or end the Program, at any time. Changes do not affect rewards already credited. If you keep taking part after a change, the new terms apply.
